He’s only eaten 3 chairs and a table – Joking! Seriously he is just superb, the best wee dog we’ve known. He’s walking well on the lead, travelling great in the car and not bothered by the bin lorry. He loves watching a duck and drake that live in the nearby river flying over the house – I’m sure he knows what he’s meant to do with them! We’ve had a fantastic week of weather so been out loads and he’s finding all sorts of treasure under the hedge to race round the garden with, just like a pup should. 6 years ago

Just been to meet the “in-laws” and a HUGE St Bernard. Great fun, she moves pretty quick for a big girl.

I have put in a series of photographs showing Smarties road trip to his family and the longest home visit that I have done so far. Although I did go to look at a couple of Labradors that a friend had sent to New Zealand!

This very special boy travelled 430 miles to find his new home. It took less than 43 minutes to decide that he would stay there forever.
